Fax Orders

Fax You may fax your order 24 hours a day. Our fax number is 951- 737-1223. In order to ensure prompt processing, please provide the following:

1. Account name
2. Billing and shipping address
3. Purchase order number (if applicable)
4. Your name and telephone number
5. Product number/description
6. Unit of measure and quantity desireds.

Special Orders

Although we stock numerous products, we will be glad to research items we do not stock. We will give you cost, availability and approximate delivery time. We do ask you to provide us with some basic information including product description or manufacturer. Once you place your order, it will be delivered as quickly as possible. Please note: special orders are non-returnable and noncancelable. Case quantity purchase may be required. Please notify us if you would like us to stock the item in the future.

Back Orders

We strive to deliver all orders complete the first time. If for some reason a product is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will backorder the item and ship it as soon as it is received.
