Freight Charges

Freight charges will apply to all orders that are either less than $250.00 or outside our normal Southern California delivery area. Exceptions may apply. Please ask your representative for details.  Orders may be picked up at our location to avoid shipping charges.

Freight is calculated at a standard UPS weight-based charge.  No handling fee is ever added to a shipment.  The freight charge will be applied at checkout.

Ground Delivery

All orders placed by 2 p.m. PST will be shipped same day, subject to credit approval and availability. Our trained staff and large inventory guarantee prompt delivery.

Expedited Shipping

In rare cases of emergency, you may want your order delivered the next day. We can ship your order overnight via UPS or FedEx to anywhere in the U.S. Additional fees will apply.

Return Information

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Should you need to return an item, simply follow these two steps:

1. Call our customer Service Department at (951) 737-2055. We will ask for the order number and date of purchase, item number, quantity and reason for return, and provide you with a Return Authorization Number.

2. Write the Return Authorization Number on your shipping label: Return the item prepaid via UPS, in its original packaging and original condition, to:

Note: You must have a Return Authorization Number to return an item. All merchandise returns are subject to inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns over 30 days from date of purchase. We're sorry, we can't accept returns that exceed 60 days from date of purchase or that are hygienic in nature.
